3. He Has No ‘Edge’ to Him

When Reigns was a ‘bad guy’ playing the role of a ‘good guy’ he was getting over with the fan base. Once he made that official turn to being a face, nothing with him really changed, and that’s not good.

The character of Roman Reigns was a beast with crazy power and strength who was in the mode of when Dave Batista was with Evolution and eventually turned good and won the World Heavyweight Title.

Batista though got over because while even as a face he still had a bit of an edge, something that came out during his face vs face feud around WrestleMania 23 with the Undertaker.

It again seems like Roman isn’t comfortable to take it to the next level with his character, and it’s a character that clearly has no real edge to him.
