he Varsity Demons endured a difficult oil pattern and season-low scores at Rollhouse Wickliffe to post another win and remain undefeated in the Greater Cleveland Interscholastic Bowling League.
Leading varsity bowlers were Charlotte Button (432 series, 164 high game), Peyton Hedges (411, 187), Taylor Hedges (391, 147), Jenny Wisniewski (379, 144), and Eve Anitas.
The varsity team is looking forward to the Eagle Challenge tournament tomorrow back at their home, Buckeye Lanes, and will try to follow their first-ever tournament win last week with a strong showing.
The JV Demons team had their best showing of the year, with a total of 1980 pins during this bye week. This is their best series of the year by almost 200 pins and shows how quickly the six (6) new bowlers on the team are progressing in learning how to bowl competitively.
High scorers were Sophomores Gabi Atanaskovic (392, 149), Emily Hyland (390, 162), Rema Alsabony (310, 106), and Gabrielle Hansen (240, 140), and Freshmen Mel Beech (359, 124), and Maddie King-Washington.
