Weekend Racing Schedule, March 24-25

Four tracks are scheduled to open this weekend in Ohio, while Legendary Hilltop Speedway in Marietta will run after opening last Sunday. Attica Raceway Park has a rain date planned for Saturday should Mother Nature not cooperate Friday.

Friday:

Attica Raceway Park (Attica, Ohio) – 410 sprints, UMP late models and 305 sprints

Hilltop Speedway (Millersburg, Ohio) – Opening Night, regular racing

Atomic Speedway (Waverly, Ohio) – Late models, modifieds and sports mods

Legendary Hilltop Speedway (Marietta, Ohio) – Regular racing

Saturday:

Mansfield Motor Speedway (Mansfield, Ohio) – 410 sprints, non-wing sprints and super late models

Show To See

A trip to Mansfield Motor Speedway is this weeks “Show To See.” How can it not be? The old pavement was pulled out over the winter and the speed plant has been transformed back to dirt. Saturday is round one of the “Triple Crown Spring Series.” 410 sprints, non-wing sprints and super late models are on the card, the winner in all three divisions taking home $5,000. Spectator gates open at 3 p.m., qualifying is 5 p.m.with racing scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
