The fans have spoken, and we have a winner for this week’s Player of the Week award. Garnering 79% of the vote – Medina’s Austin Knowles is Week Seven’s winner! Knowles – the wide receiver for the Medina Bees – made his presence felt in a painful way for the opposition as he caught three TD passes in Medina’s 56-21 win over Strongsville. Knowles nickname is CHEAT CODE and he snared TDs of 66, 18, and 22 yards in the first half. He also became the leading receiver in Medina County history breaking the record of Brennan Schramm now an Ohio State Buckeye! Austin ended the day with three TDs on catches for 164 yards.
