The fans have spoken, and we have a winner for this week’s Player of the Week award. Garnering over 85% of the vote – North Olmsted’s Brady Haug is Week Five’s winner! Despite Holy Name coming out on top by a score of 42-26 over the Eagles WR Brady Haug provided the spark of the Eagle’s offense. The senior tied the game in the second quarter with a 27-yard TD. Haug had 11 catches for 129 yards and three TDs. North Olmsted held the lead going into the half yet the squad had several turnovers in the second half. Holy Name would go on to put up 28 unanswered points to hand North Olmsted the loss.
Congratulations to our other candidates (Nate Blasiole, Archbishop Defense, Ian Ludewig, Ocir Kimble) as they hade very impressive outings in Week Four! Your vote is what crowns the winner each week so be sure to vote for your player in next week’s poll!
