If you were up a little too late and didn’t check twitter, or got a lot of sleep last night and are just checking around the web for the first time today, your head is probably spinning if you’re an Indians fan today.
A day before the MLB trade deadline, the team filled the two biggest holes they have, as they have reportedly acquired two huge stars that could help this team not only now but years to come.
The first is catcher Jonathan Lucroy, who comes from Milwaukee and the other is Yankees lefty reliever Andrew Miller, a stud who will be a huge asset to the Tribe pen.
Twitter is abuzz about the news today – and here’s some of the National and local react to the two moves.
Barring injury, the Cleveland Indians now become the team to beat in the AL: Loaded pitching staff, solid lineup, great baserunning.

I hate to see Frazier and Sheffield go, but thinking about competing for a World Series made me get over it.
