7. Ric Flair vs Shawn Michaels – WrestleMania XXIV

The Ric Flair retirement party was one to remember in Orlando, with emotions flying high after the famous superkick with Michaels mouthing ‘I’m sorry, I love you’ to Flair before sending him off to retirement. Many felt that this should have been the last match of the night, but WWE never likes to send their fans home on such a down note on the biggest show of the year, hence why it was on the middle of the card.
