Cleveland Browns fans have taken their frustration with Johnny Manziel to a new level. There is a movement on social media, #JFF, or “Johnny Free February” dedicated to not talking about the troubled quarterback for the entire month or until he is no longer with the Browns.
As a blogger, I would so much love to take part in this campaign, but realistically, we know he’s going to do something ridiculous that makes headlines. It’s not a matter of “if,” but “when.” I wonder if Vegas has odds on the next time anything involving police interaction takes place with Johnny.
Perhaps Jimmy Haslam, Hue Jackson, and Manziel will have a sit-down in February.
As a Browns fan, I am 100 percent on board with this movement. But love or hate Johnny, the media has a field day with him for better or worse.
