According to NFL.com’s Mike Garafolo, it sounds “awfully unlikely” Pryor will sign with the Browns.

The Browns’ decision to sign veteran wide receiver Kenny Britt also could factor into Cleveland’s thought process of signing Pryor.
Alshon Jeffery agreed to a deal worth $14 Mil. for one year with the Philadelphia Eagles and Pryor was perceived by many analysts to be the second-best free-agent receiver on the market behind Jeffery.
