The Cleveland Browns bad luck continues…
Rookie defensive end Carl Nassib broke his hand during the Ravens game on Sunday and will need to undergo surgery.
Nassib, 23, was drafted in the third-round of this year’s NFL draft. He has been an outstanding athlete who earned himself a sack in week one against the Philadelphia Eagles.
His presence will be missed early when he is out several weeks recovering from his surgery.
This information comes from NFL Network’s Ian Rapport along with Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot.
#Browns DE Carl Nassib suffered a broken hand yesterday, source said. He’ll have surgery, and they’re assessing how long he’s out.

We do not know the current timetable on his return. He was taken to the locker room around the third-quarter and did not return. The X-rays did confirm a fracture which will soon require surgery.
Nassib is an up and coming star who knows how to get to the quarterback. This organization will definitely miss his incredible athleticism and his ability to make game defining plays at any given moment.
