Osman, a 22-year-old, 6-foot-8 forward, averaged 7.1 points per game in EuroLeague play and 14 points per game in Turkish League action during the 2016-17 season and was drafted 31st overall in 2015.
He will participate in EuroBasket with the Turkish National Team in early-September and join the Cavs after the tournament.
With his signing, the Cavs now have one open roster spot left and will not have their full mid-level exception to sign free agents, as they used roughly $2.8 Mil. per season on Osman.
