1. Shoot Swish, Shoot- When the Cavs had their early struggles from the starting lineup this season, the main problem was the starting shooting guard position. Newly-added Dwyane Wade was unable to get anything going with Cleveland and as a result, the Cavs elected to put JR Smith with the first unit again. What caused more problems was when Smith couldn’t find his stroke while barely finding a way to score. Through the first ten games, Smith only had two games of double-digit scoring and found himself hindering the lineup. That all changed two games ago against the Milwaukee Bucks when “Swish” found his groove again. He had twenty points and went 5-7 from behind the arc. He followed that up with a nice thirteen-point performance against Houston on Thursday. If the Cavs want to be successful, they’re going to need some big-time production from JR.
