Cleveland- The last time the Cavs played Chicago, the Bulls won a game that came down to the very end 99-98. The Bulls are looking to win back-to-back games for the first time this season. The Cavs are coming off of back-to-back double-digit losses and are looking to flip the script and beat a dysfunctional Bulls team. With both teams sitting at 8-25, this game could have early implications for the 2019 draft.
