Olmsted Falls quarterback Teddy Grendzynski finished off a fantastic regular season in style this past Friday night at North Olmsted. He scorched the Eagles for 227 yards passing and 5 touchdowns. He also ran for 123 yards including a 99-yard touchdown. The Grendzynski led effort knocked the Eagles out of playoff contention.
Grendzynski and the rest of the Bulldogs finished the season 8-2, and 7-2 in the SWC. After a disappointing effort in week two versus Avon, they bounced back to win 7 of their final 8 games. They enter the playoffs on a roll and will take on Avon Lake in Shoremen country this Friday night.
If you recall, it was only 2 weeks ago that Olmsted Falls handed Avon Lake their only loss of the season. Can lighting strike twice?
Congrats to Teddy on winning this weeks “Jenny’s Old Fashioned Popcorn” player of the week!
