The NPSL season is nearly a month into the books, and the action is as hot as ever. Teams have done battle all over the country but some of the best play is coming out of the Midwest. The Erie Commodores are off to an impressive 4-0-1 start.
Fort Pitt has also looked impressive as they have begun their season at 3-0. Not to be ignored is the very impressive start by the expansion Cleveland SC squad who have begun their campaign at 2-0-1 with three straight shutouts. Cleveland SC is yet to let up a goal this season with three clean sheets.
Things will continue to heat up this weekend when Fort Pitt travels to Cleveland SC on Sunday. Cleveland will also play Erie twice this season, Fort Pitt Twice, Buffalo once more time and Syracuse twice.
