Here are a few of the games and teams that we will be following in Week Seven.
Region One (OHSAA Division I)
Canton McKinley has taken over the top spot in this region. They lead St. Edward by a slight
margin.
Ranked third in this region is Wadsworth followed by Cleveland Heights who is ranked fourth.
A top game to watch in this region in week seven is the Canton McKinley vs. Lake game.
Both teams are currently 5-1 on the season.
In addition, another top game to follow is Wadsworth (3) who will face Nordonia who is
undefeated.
Region 5 (OHSAA Division II)
The top game in this Region to follow is Walsh Jesuit (1) who be traveling across town to take
on Hoban (2). Also in this region, Riverside is ranked third and Nordonia is ranked 4th.
Region 9 (OHSAA Division III)
Currently in this region Ursuline (1) is leading and they are followed by Villa-Angela St. Joseph
(2), Geneva (3), and Kenston (4).
Kenston will travel to Mayfield, while Geneva will take on Conneaut and Ursuline will play STVM
during week seven.
Villa Angela-St. Joseph will travel to Columbus to take on Bishop Hartley.
Region 13 (OHSAA Division IV)
Currently the only team in Region 13 that is still undefeated is Canton South who is ranked first.
Streetsboro is ranked second followed by Niles McKinley (3) and Cardinal Mooney (4).
Looking at the current schedule, it looks like Canton South has a great chance to finish the
season undefeated and ranked first in the region. The combined record of the teams Canton
South has left to face is 10-14.
Region 17 (OHSAA Division V)
Currently three teams in this region are undefeated including Perry, Norwayne and Garrettsville
Garfield. This region is led by Perry (1) followed by Norwayne (2), South Range (3), Harrison
Central (4), Clearview (5), and Garrettsville Garfield (6).
Perry looks to be in a good position to finish the season first in this region.
Region 21 (OHSAA Division VI)
Kirtland currently leads this region followed by undefeated Rootstown (2), Jackson-Milton (3),
and United (4).
Kirtland has a great chance to finish the season first in this region as their next four opponents
have a combined record of 13-11.
