NFL Week 2 Power Rankings

6. MINNESOTA VIKINGS 2-0

Last Week: 11th

Stefon Diggs > Randy Moss? Okay, maybe that expression is a bit pre-mature. Diggs was able to haul in 9 of his 11 Sam Bradford targets and amassed 182 yards plus a TD. Bradford also looked in prime form sporting his new colors and as a result of the strong match against the division favorite Packers we’ve decided to take a flyer on the Vikings who have found a way to eek out W’s. The loss of AP is going to hurt, but 3-0 will might be the best remedy for the aching fan.

7. GREEN BAY PACKERS 1-1 ⇓

Last Week: 4th

Tough loss for Aaron Rodgers and co. The defense took a large-sized L this past week after letting Stefon Diggs run wild in the secondary. The run defense was stout but the loss of Peterson might have had something to do with the halted effort by Minnesota.

8. HOUSTON TEXANS 2-0

Last Week: 13th

The pride of Notre Dame, Will Fuller, eclipsed 100 yards receiving for the second week in a row. DeAndre Hopkins stole headlines in this one though, as he caught 7 passes for 113 yards and a TD. QB Brock Osweiler threw to 8 different receivers in Week 2 so look for him to spread the love even more this upcoming week against New England.

9. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS 1-1

Last Week: 5th

It seems Russell Wilson is still feeling the affects of an ankle sprain suffered in Week 1. The usually mobile QB was under duress through most of the game in the new L.A. stadium as the Rams bested them in a 9-3 loss. Thomas Rawls also took an early shower in this match so look for them to lean heavily on Christine Michael in the coming weeks.

10. NEW YORK JETS 1-1

Last Week: 12th

Money Forte — because fantasy owners will be riding him all the way to the bank if he keeps up with his strong start to the 2016 campaign. The savvy vet exploded on color rush night amassing 100 yards and 3 TD’s on 30 carries in a shootout with Buffalo. If you can pry him from anyone in your fantasy leagues this year, it would be worth a shot to maybe package some players and bring New York’s workhouse to your squad.
