Too small…in terms of sample size. When Braxton Miller and JT Barrett could not stay healthy or play the QB position, Cardale Jones, 3rd stringer, came into the national football stage by storm. He led the Buckeyes to a national championship in the first college football playoff. Has all the measurable you want in the QB position, but a lot like Prescott, could have one of the highest if not the highest ceiling in this draft.
What we saw in his first few starts at OSU, we saw the magic, but in his last college season, he got benched for poor performance. Again, needs time to develop, and he would be a luxury pick for a team with a GOOD veteran QB and had the coaches to turn him into a killer on the field. Reminds me of Cam Newton, just not as polished. He is so hard to bring down. I could see Jones going anywhere after the second round but not before, if he does, he must interview really well.
