If a team wants an athletic run stuffer then look no farther than Payne. He has excellent speed for a 311-pound tackle but will not offer too much disruption in the passing game. His physical traits mean he has potential to get better in that category but not elite like his run stuffing. He is a plug-and-play from day one that will eat blocks and backs for breakfast.
