17. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (23)
Will the real Philadelphia, for the love of all that is Holy, please stand-up? Demarco Murray wanted the ball, and he got it – 20 carries for 83 yards and a TD. Murray also led the team in receptions ending the day with 7 snags for 37 yards. If the Eagles can find a way to beat the New York Giants this week, then maybe I will not regret moving them up a bit higher than I would have liked too.
18. OAKLAND RAIDERS (18)
Oakland let this one slip out of their hands like a wet water-balloon. After watching the pick-six that ultimately won Denver the game, you can see that rookie wide receiver Seth Roberts didn’t even make an attempt to flip his head back to the ball – an observation pointed on by NFL Network analyst Maurice Jones-Drew.
19. WASHINGTON REDSKINS (21)
Man, Washington really gave one of the strongest teams in the NFL a game. If it wasn’t for a miss-communication between the receiver and Kirk Cousins that led to an overtime pick-six, we may be discussing the Redskins with a bit of a different tone. However a loss is a loss but because of some bad performances by other squads, Washington and their confusing backfield situation jump up two spots.
