20. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (24) 3-4
Well Indy, I’m not sure how to break it to you, but the Colts are broken. The defense is non-existent and the quarterback, Andrew Luck, has been giving the ball to the other team like Christmas is coming early. If there are any positives, T.Y. Hilton’s two TDs and 150 yards receiving are the lone factors.
21. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS (16) 2-5
Dropping like the temperature this fall in NE Ohio, the Chargers are on a rapid decline as of late. The defense could not handle the high powered Oakland offensive onslaught and were rewarded with another loss on the season.
22. DALLAS COWBOYS (22) 2-5
Matt Cassel – 17/27 227 yards 1 TD 3 INT. Rough day for the newly-acquired relief quarterback. For a team with high expectations following last season the 2-5 record is frustrating, and the flare-up on the sidelines between Greg Hardy and street-clothed Dez Bryant is a clear indicator of the emotions being felt in Dallas while they wait for the injury report to shrink.
23. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS (23) 2-5
The Bay-Area boys couldn’t find a way to move the ball on a very stout Seattle defense this past Thursday night. Phil Dawson’s 35 yard field goal was the only score for the 49ers and San Francisco will have their hands full with the Rams if they play like that again this week.
