17. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (20) 4-5
Andrew Luck handed the Denver Broncos their first loss of the season with the help of Frank Gore’s veteran-savvy running attack coupled with an inspiring defensive outing that rewarded the offense with two turnovers. Sitting atop the AFC South at 4-5, the Colts are in playoff contention as of now.
18. NEW ORLEANS (17) 3-4
With no help from the run game, Drew Brees and the Saints fell to the Titans this past Sunday. Facing a team with some similar issues in Washington this week, New Orleans will look to bounce back against the Redskins in Week 10.
19. WASHINGTON REDSKINS (18) 3-5
Did anyone besides the guy covered head to toe in Redskins gear pick against New England last week? Probably not. Less than 40 yards rushing is pretty dismal and the Redskins suffered a loss at the hands of Tom Brady and company.
20. MIAMI DOLPHINS (19) 3-5
Complete dismantling of the Dolphins defense this past week. Giving up 100 yard rushing days to two opposing running backs and allowing a receiver to accumulate over 160 yards in the passing game are just a few reasons Miami lost in Week 9. Still trying my hardest not to drop this team into the depths of the power rankings, but if you were to ask around I’m sure some people are over the Dan Campbell era already.
