Rex Ryan is a defensive guy. The defense that the Bills had last year way underachieved for all the talent they had. There have been some smokescreens about a QB going to Buffalo early, but the Bills need a defensive playmaker up front and there are some edge players that could replace Mario Williams.

20.) New York Jets- Noah Spence DE Eastern Kentucky
Do the Jets take a QB here or not? I think they will go with the best player available and Todd Bowles was part of an Arizona team that took chances on players with a questionable pass. For a team that needs pass rushers, Spence seems like a perfect fit for the Jets.

21.) Washington Redskins- Reggie Ragland ILB Alabama
The run game was a struggle for the Redskins this year and the team gave up a lot of yards and points in the post-season. There are a lot of talented defensive players that are so close together that they could get someone on the line, but with more depth there Ragland becomes a popular pick.
