13.) Miami Dolphins- Eli Apple CB Ohio State
The Dolphins need a CB or a pass rusher. Eli Apple would be a good fit for the Dolphins scheme being a tall press first cornerback. They will be disappointed that Ezekiel Elliott did not fall far enough for them to trade back up to get him so they settle for another Buckeye at thirteen.

14.) Oakland Raiders- William Jackson CB Houston
Oakland fans might be a little skeptical after failing with a Houston CB in the first round not too long ago. Jackson is another hot name right now and the Raiders have a big need in their secondary. Adding Sean Smith was a good start but locking up a second corner can give Khalil Mack some extra time to wreck havoc.

15.) Cleveland Browns- Myles Jack LB UCLA
Could the Browns pull off trading down twice and still get Jack? The answer is likely not but with the concerns around his knee, who knows where he will go? Five of the previous six picks were on defense, but if the teams feel more comfortable with somebody else he may slip. While the Browns might have thought about a WR or OT here, if Jack is still on the board his value is too much to pass up.
