CLEVELAND – The Cleveland Monsters, proud American Hockey League affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, announced Wednesday that forwards Nick Moutrey, Justin Scott, and Calvin Thurkauf, along with defenseman Dean Kukan, were assigned by Columbus to Cleveland. Additionally, forward Alex Broadhurst and defensemen Andre Benoit and Cameron Gaunce cleared waivers and were also assigned by the Blue Jackets to the Monsters.
Under the guidance of returning head coach John Madden, the Monsters will begin their 2017 Training Camp tomorrow, Thursday, September 28, at OBM Arena operated by IceLand USA in Strongsville, OH. All practices are free and open to the public with practice dates and times, and the Monsters’ current training camp roster, listed below.
