About a month after signing him to a minor-league deal, the Cleveland Indians have called Melky Cabrera up to the major league roster. The veteran outfielder will make his Cleveland debut tonight.
Cabrera will bat sixth in the lineup tonight against the Houston Astros and will start in right field for the Tribe.

In ten games with Triple-A Columbus, Cabrera hit .286 with twelve hits and four runs batted in.
