10. Randy ‘Macho Man’ Savage vs Hulk Hogan – WrestleMania V
The ‘Mega Powers’ had a great match to end WrestleMania V, and while it had a predictable ending with Hogan going over and taking back the belt he had lost about a year before, the drama and storyline with Hogan having ‘lust in his eyes’ for Savage’s manager Elizabeth was a great story going into the main event. Mania was heading into a new time, with PPV being in more and more homes, this seemed like a time when Mania was turning it’s corner and going mainstream after a lull after the third Mania drew 93,000 in Pontiac.
