ESPN Sources: LeBron James to sit out his first game of season when Cleveland Cavaliers face Indiana Pacers on the road this evening.

J.R. Smith (ankle) is questionable, as the guard has missed the last two games.

The Cavs are on the second night of a back-to-back, but the Pacers (5-6) also played on Monday night at home.

The Cavs are 4-15 when LeBron has not played since the start of the 2014-15 season.
