Jason Kipnis was the hero, as his 1000th career hit was a memorable one, a walk-off grand slam that was the only big hit of the night for the Tribe, sending the Wahoo’s home a winner.
The setback for the White Sox puts them at 59-92 on the season, and the three-game set will wrap up Thursday night at Progressive Field with a 7:10pm first pitch.
