CLEVELAND– Kevin Love is active against the Toronto Raptors, per interim head coach Larry Drew.
Love was listed as questionable earlier in the day with an illness. He did not participate at shootaround. During his pregame media availability, Drew said he spoke with Love once he arrived at the arena and Love said he would be able to play.
On any given night, having Love is obviously a major advantage. But against the Raptors specifically, Love has been extremely successful at utilizing mismatches when he has a center guarding him.
In other injury news, Kyle Korver is still a gametime decision as he deals with a sore right foot. He has missed the past seven games, (which also includes time he spent away from the team dealing with the death of his brother) and the Cavs have said he won’t play until he is 100 percent healthy.
The only player definitely out for Tuesday night’s game is George Hill, who suffered a sprained left ankle on Friday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
