When the NBA Playoff schedule was released early Thursday morning, it revealed that Game 5 of the First Round matchup between the Cleveland Cavaliers and Detroit Pistons would take place on Tuesday, April 26, if necessary.
What the NBA may not have realized, or perhaps just disregarded altogether, is that Justin Bieber is scheduled to perform at Quicken Loans Arena that night.
The Beliebers might be out of luck in Believeland if the Pistons can at least extend the series to five games.
All the Pistons have to do is win one game out of the first four, and the streets of Cleveland could be overrun with rioting pre-teen girls.
Many Cavs fans are confident that Cleveland will have no trouble with the 8-seed Pistons, but during the regular season, Detroit won three of four head-to-head meetings, so Bieber fans will be glued to their screens cheering on the Wine and Gold.
If it does go five games, maybe they could have a post-game concert? The Cavs win the series 4-1, LeBron James gets on stage with Biebs and sings that sorry song. “Is it too late now to say sorry? I left Cleveland for Miami. And I knowwwww that I let you down, I promise I’ll get a ring for C-Town.”
