CLEVELAND – Saturday’s game between the Cleveland Indians and the New York Yankees has been sold out for days as the Bronx Bombers come to town for a four-game series at Progressive Field.
This will be the seventh sell out for the team this season which is the most since the 2007 season according to the team.
Prior to Saturday’s game, the Indians will unveil a statue of Hall of Fame shortstop Lou Boudreau, and the first 12,500 fans through the gate will receive a replica of the statue.
There are only a few tickets for the Sunday game still available and coming off back-to-back wins Thursday and Friday, as well as two consecutive sell out crowds, they will be going fast.
