Indians waste Carrasco gem, lose 3-2 to Blue Jays in 11

3) Goodnight Everybody

Cleveland Indians relief pitcher Adam Cimber allowed a walk off home run in the 11th inning.

The 11th inning was an eventful one, only problem was the wrong team took advantage. The Indians were able to get the bases loaded in the top half of the inning with Jose Ramirez at the plate when he grounded out to end the inning.

The Indians actually had two guys on with no outs before Rajai Davis hit a bunt back to the pitcher to allow Toronto to get the lead runner. Unfortunately the 11th wasn’t the only wasted opportunity for the Tribe, but it did prove to be the most costly.

Brad Hand pitched great in the 10th inning, and again to start the 1th as he got the first out before Terry Francona made the switch.  Hand pitched 1 1/3 innings with four strikeouts, but Tito warranted a change. While you can question the switch all you want, Adam Cimber has been good for the Indians. Cimber likes to leave the ball low in the zone, but he left the ball low and over the plate. It just happened to be where Kevin Pillar wanted it, as he ended things with a deep shot to left center.
