3. Lindor stays hot
Francisco Lindor was part of the Tribe’s sixth inning rally, recording his team-high 35th double of the season. That double marked his 63rd extra-base hit of 2018, the second most in Major League Baseball behind Jose Ramirez (64).
Lindor also continues to lead the American League with 94 runs scored. That’s the most by any Indians player through 109 games since Roberto Alomar had 95 at this time during the 1999 season.
Along with putting in the offensive work, Lindor had the defensive play of the game in the top of the sixth inning, making an incredible bare-hand grab to throw out Justin Upton at first base.
