Indians Reliver Andrew Miller Has Rough Outing for Class A Lake County

Wearing a jersey of the colors of the Cleveland Browns, Indians reliever Andrew Miller had an outing Saturday night more like that of a Browns quarterback since 1999.

Pitching for Class A Lake County, Miller linescore was downright frightening, as he allowed four runs in 19 pitches, only retiring two outs in the ugly effort.

Of the four runs Miller allowed only two were earned, but still it’s alarming that he’s still having this many struggles pitching to single A hitters.

The plan has been for Miller to go back-to-back before he’s called up to the Major League roster, and that may come early in the week as the team travels to Minnesota.

It’s not been announced where or when Miller will throw and at what level.
