The Indians are adding another arm to camp, as the team is bringing in James Russell, a lefty reliever who comes to the team with a non-roster invite to camp.
Can confirm Indians will be signing LHP James Russell to a Minor League contract with ST invite, pending physical. Will give CLE 19 NRIs.
