Guardians top prospects Chase DeLauter, Jake Fox and Khalil Watson combined to go 7-13, with a home run, double and 5 RBI on Saturday to lead the Captains to a 6-3 victory over the Beloit Sky Carps. The trio had 7 of the 8 Captains hits on the night.
After Beloit scored a run in the bottom of the first inning, the Captains took the lead in the top of the third inning.
The Captains scored twice in the top of the third.
DeLauter drove in a run with a single to tie the game, 1-1.
The Captains then took the lead, 2-1, when Watson drove in a run with a double.
In the top of the fifth inning, Chase DeLauter had the big hit of the night when he hit a 3-run home run to give the Captains a 5-1 lead.

The Captains then added a run in the top of the sixth inning on a Joe Lampe sacrifice fly to take a 6-1 lead.
The Sky Carps would add two runs in the bottom of the seventh to make the final score 6-3.
Getting the victory on the mound for the Captains was Aaron Davenport who pitched five innings only giving up two runs on five hits while striking out five.
Lenny Torres Jr. picked up the save for the Captains as he pitched a scoreless ninth inning.
With the victory the Captains are now 58-58 on the year.
Currently, the Captains are trailing the division leading West Michigan Whitecaps by 2.5 games.
The Captains have won four out of five games on the current road trip.
The Captains return to the diamond on Sunday afternoon to face the Beloit Sky Carps in the sixth and final game of the series.
The first pitch is scheduled for 2:05pm EST.
