The native of Tampa, Florida has spent time in his career with the Tigers, Rays, Pirates, Angels and the A’s.
He made the AL All-Star team as a member of the Rays back in 2011, hitting that year .277 with 19 homers and 75 RBI.
Joyce has spent basically equal time over his 11-year MLB career playing in both right and left field, two positions the Indians will need to figure out in spring training in Goodyear.
