Terry Francona has formulated his rotation for all six potential remaining games.
What may come as a surprise is that there will be no planned “bullpen” days.
Here is the scheduled rotation if the series goes the distance.
Rotation:
2: Bauer
3: Tomlin
4: Kluber (3-days rest)
*5: Bauer(3-days rest)
*6: Tomlin(3-days rest)
*7: Kluber(3-days rest)*If needed

Much of this depends on how well Bauer bounces back, but Game 2 on Wednesday night will answer that question mark.

There are off days you know … so it wouldn’t always be three days rest … For example, Kluber’s start for game 4 is on 4 days rest cus of the off day after Bauers game.

Wonder if Bauer will get his second over Merritt, now? I still think the ‘unknown quantity’ factor + keeping the defense in the game (in no walks), earned him a start. Bauer looked cold, rusty, and unsure of a plan of attack. Erratic, in other words.
