Indians Shortstop Francisco Lindor is doing things at an other-worldly level with a baseball glove.
On Friday, May 13th, against the Minnesota Twins, Lindor didn’t even need a glove to make a ridiculous play.
Watch as Lindor channels his inner-Omar Vizquel to gun down the speedy, Danny Santana.
Lindor is not only spectacular defensively, but is hitting .299 on the season and came through with two big hits in Friday’s 7-6 win, scoring two runs, including the tying run in the bottom of the 8th.
It was Lindor’s hustle in the eighth inning that allowed him to steal second with one out, to put the tying run in scoring position, which would eventually lead to Marlon Byrd giving the Tribe a 6-5 advantage.
Here’s Lindor stealing his sixth base of the season, which is second-most on the team, only behind Rajai Davis.

Tribe fans, or baseball fans in general, vote this man to the All-Star Game.
Come back tomorrow. We’re almost positive there will be another “Lindor’s Ridiculous Play of the Night.”
He’ll probably use a glove for that one.
