Want to live in the house where former Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel use to party? Well, as The Big Lead reports today, it can be yours for the low, low price of just $489,900.
The house that Manziel lived in for a year is located in Avon, and if you like to hit the links you will love this – there’s a golf course attached to it.
Johnny Manziel is moving. Manziel’s 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Avon, Ohio golf course home is on the market. That’s right, the same house where Manziel hid from rabid Cleveland television reporters, can be yours for just $489,900.
If you look through the photos on Realtor dot com, the home looks awesome. Of course, these pictures were probably taken before Johnny Football moved in so definitely do a walk-through before putting in an offer at the full asking price. Although, according to the property history, Manziel bought the house a year ago for $438,400 so maybe all those times he was late to work he was just caught up doing home improvements. It was probably his idea to put a television in that one bathroom right above the tub. Brilliant.
It does look to be a sweet pad, as the pics below paint a picture of a nice home where you can find your way into a lot of trouble, something Johnny was very good at during his two-year stint with the Browns.
