Now that Freddie Kitchens is the new head man with the Browns and Gregg Williams has been dismissed, the team is going to need a voice to run the defense, and one potential candidate with head coaching experience is heading to chat with GM John Dorsey.
That candidate is Vance Joseph, dismissed by the Denver Broncos after another non-playoff season in the Mile High city.
Ian Rapoport says Joseph is on his way to Cleveland to chat with the Browns, but has an interview with the Jets lined up if things don’t work out.
After visiting with the #AZCardinals today, former #Broncos HC Vance Joseph is getting on a plane to interview for the #Browns DC job, source said. Perhaps the #Jets after that.

Joseph went 11-21 in two seasons as the Broncos head coach, 5-11 in his first season, and 6-10 this past season, including a week 15 loss at home to the Browns.
