Instead, an undeveloped and quite boring feud with Erick Rowan that never finished is what was in store. Now, Harper plays the guy who is used when needed to be a tough opponent is needed to lose a hard-fought battle with a champion or contender. That’s concerning, especially because there is no mid-card to work with on Smackdown Live.
