Todd Haley is one of the best offensive coordinators in the NFL and would come up with creative ways to get the receiver favorable matchups and open. Another intrigue for Bryant is Haley’s experience with the Steelers Antonio Brown, the best receiver in the NFL. There’s no doubt of Browns talent, but Haley was able to come up with schemes that made Browns’ lives easier in terms of getting open with intricate formations. That should be an attractive factor in Bryant signing with Cleveland.
