Cleveland – In a season that ended in disappointing fashion, one of the highlights is Evan Mobley was named to the All – Defensive first team. The second year forward was a finalist for the DMVP award so it comes as no surprise that Mobley was named to the Defensive Team. Mobley joins DMVP Winner Jaren Jackson Jr from Memphis, Milwaukee’s Brook Lopez, and Jrue Holiday, as well as Chicago’s Alex Caruso, on the first team.

This is presumably the first of many times Mobley will be recognized as one of the top defenders. For the Cavs, the 21 year old big man has changed the timeline for the Cavs as he has come in and been a defensive force since day one. One of the main reasons the Cavs boasted a top 5 defense and were top 3 in point differential. The sky is the limit for Mobley and the Cavs and congratulations to Mobley!
