ESPN 850 WKNR Announces New Pay Subscription Format for Listening to the Station Online

For the past few weeks AM 850 WKNR has been teasing a big on-air announcement that turns out is a new subscription service that will allow listeners to have “on-demand, full shows, with NO commercials.”

Here’s the official tweet with the announcement:

As you can see the station is asking for listeners to pay $8.50 a month or $85 a year, which if you pay up front is $7.08 a month. You also get a chance to view the studio as the shows are on the air.

The name for the site the station is using will be called TheLandOnDemand.com.
