Ball Park

Classic Park in Eastlake is the home of the Lake Erie Captains, the high A minor league team of the Cleveland Guardians. Here’s a review of the stadium for you folks visiting our fair part of Ohio!

The NCAA does a pretty poor job of promoting the D3 World Series, but d3baseball.com makes up for the bad marketing by the organization in Indianapolis. Give this great site a follow!

Top Players

Three players trying to win a championship were named First Team D3 2024 All American team today. Matt Scolan from UW-Whitewater (OF), Connor Maryniak, Misericordia (UTL), and Michael Hilker Jr, Matt’s teammate from UW (P).

Wes Arrington of Lynchburg has had a stellar playoff run so far. He recorded two complete games in the postseason including a no hitter!

A few other individual and team stats to ponder include the following top D3 performers:

Matt D’Amato (Salve) BA .446
