35-year-old small forward Dahntay Jones will join the Cavs at training camp on a non-guaranteed contract.
Jones played valuable minutes in the 2016 NBA Finals, but it’s unclear if there will be room for him on a loaded Cavaliers roster, which features new addition Mike Dunleavy at the small forward position.
If nothing else, Jones is a tough, savvy veteran to have around and perhaps will earn a role heading into 2016-17.
