Samuel joins safety Malik Hooker, cornerback Gareon Conley, linebacker Raekwon McMillan and wide receiver Noah Brown as Buckeyes headed to the NFL.
Senior center Pat Elflein will also be one of the Buckeyes included in the 2017 Draft.
J.T. Barrett and Tyquan Lewis both announced their decisions to stay for the 2017 season.
Marshon Lattimore is one of the last players yet to reveal his plans and changed his Twitter profile picture, joking about the situation:

Lattimore is projected to be a top 15 pick and it would not be a surprise if the cornerback, a native of Cleveland, Ohio declares for the draft.
