GAME PREVIEW:
• Cleveland State concludes its three-game homestand and wraps up nonconference play when the Vikings host Cedarville on Tuesday (Dec. 29) at 7:00 pm in the Wolstein Center.
• The game will be broadcast live on AM 1420 WHKW with Al Pawlowski providing the play-by-play. Pawlowski will also have the call live on ESPN3 and the WatchESPN App.
• The Vikings are 4-8 this year after a 62-47 setback to Bowling Green on Dec. 23 that snapped CSU’s two-game win streak.
• Cedarville is 5-7 this year and has lost two straight and hasn’t played since a 51-48 loss to Grand Valley State on Dec. 19.
THE CEDARVILLE SERIES:
• Cedarville leads the all-time series with CSU, 8-4.
• The series began in 1954-55 with CSU winning both meetings.
• The teams played every year for the next 12 seasons, with the exception of the 1959-60 campaign. Cedarville won the last meeting, 126-88 at home, in the 1966-67 season finale.
GAME 12 RECAP – BOWLING GREEN 62, @CSU 47 (12/23/2015)
• CSU slipped to 4-8 this year with a 62-47 setback to Bowling Green on Dec. 23, snapping a two-game win streak for the Vikings.
• Andre Yates led the Vikings with 11 points, four rebounds and three assists, while Daniel Levitt scored eight points and Aaron Scales finished with four points and five rebounds.
• Vinny Zollo grabbed eight rebounds, his fifth straight game with at least eight boards.
